3. Five Year Capital Plan Workshop
   Minutes: Mr. Sanches, Chief Facilities Officer, provided Board Members with a brief synopsis of the changes in the Five Year Capital Plan.
   
   Mrs. Burdick requested justification in increasing the size of C.O. Taylor/Kirklane to 1,200 students. Kris Garrison, Planning Director, reviewed the concept.
   
   Dr. Robinson questioned the number of children that walk to the school.
   
   Mrs. Burdick questioned if two elementary schools would serve that area better and relieve overcrowding at Berkshire, Forest Hill and Palm Springs Elementary.
   
   Mrs. Burdick stressed the importance of having adequate time to make decisions on the Five-Year Capital Plan.
